The Main Event is a first-of-its-kind softball experience designed exclusively for athletes in the 2029 graduation class. Built to celebrate your journey and elevate your future, this three-day event combines development, competition, and exposure in one place. Throughout the weekend, players will have the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of Power 4 college coaches, positioning themselves for the next stage of their recruiting journey. This event brings together some of the most promising young talent in the country with coaches who are committed to evaluating and supporting athletes at the highest level.
The Main Event is designed to give athletes a complete recruiting experience, beginning Friday with off-field development sessions, followed by Saturday’s exposure day, and concluding Sunday with live competitive games. Below is a breakdown of what to expect each day.

Friday Morning Check-In & Media (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM)
Athletes should plan to arrive in town by Thursday evening so they are ready for Friday morning check-in.
To keep the morning running smoothly, athletes will be placed on a team prior to the event, and each team will be assigned a scheduled check-in time within the 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM window. Athletes should plan to arrive at their scheduled time.
During check-in, athletes will pick up their Sunday game uniform and receive a swag bag with gear and sponsor items. A hair services salon will be on site for athletes to get their hair styled and touched up before photos. After hair, athletes will complete their scheduled media and headshot photos wearing their uniform for Sunday’s games.
Afternoon Seminars (12:30 PM – 4:00 PM)
Friday afternoon is dedicated to a series of 45 minute seminars that go beyond the field and focus on building the complete student-athlete.
Seminar Topics Include:
These sessions are designed to provide valuable insight into what it means to be a college athlete competing at the highest level. Each area, including physical health, personal branding, and NIL, plays an essential role in an athlete’s overall success and is especially important as athletes enter the critical stage of their recruiting journey.
Dinner & Social (6:30 PM – 9:00 PM)
Once the seminars conclude, athletes will have time to reset and prepare for the evening social event featuring dinner, live music, and a keynote speaker. Dress for the dinner is semi-formal or homecoming-style attire. This gathering gives athletes the chance to connect with peers, celebrate the start of the weekend, and build relationships that extend beyond the field.
Saturday is a full skills and drills exposure day, running from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Across eight fields, athletes will rotate through an organized series of stations that blend measurable testing with position-specific instruction. The focus is to give every player the chance to showcase their skills and provide coaches with a well-rounded perspective of their abilities.
