Hotels

Hotel booking for The Main Event will be managed through Group Housing. All athletes attending The Main Event MUST reserve their hotel room through the official event hotel block. The hotel booking link is provided on The Main Event registration page in tagup.

Staying at one of the selected event hotels is mandatory due to event logistics, team meetings, and team placement. The only exception is for families who live within 25 miles of Jefferson Parish. If this applies to you, please contact us at info@themaineventsoftball.com.

Hotel reservations MUST be completed at the same time as registration. Failure to book through the official event hotel block at the time of registration will put the athlete’s event participation at risk.

Event check-in begins at 8:00 AM on Friday, November 20. Families should plan their hotel reservations as follows:

  • Hotel check-in: Thursday evening, November 19

  • Hotel check-out: Sunday morning, November 22

The final round of games will conclude at 3:30 PM on Sunday, November 22. Families may plan to travel home after 4:30 PM on Sunday. Please plan all flights and travel arrangements accordingly.
